Bobella Tempest Maxi

Hi Hgaire,
Thank you so much for this — we love hearing from customers who've been with us for years! Knowing you come back every year to add a few more pieces means the world to us. Our fabrics are chosen specifically to keep you cool through the Aussie summer, so it's wonderful to hear that's exactly how you're experiencing them. Thank you for being part of the Naudic family — we can't wait for you to see what's coming next. x

Hi Irina, we're so happy to hear you love your Naudic dresses! Thanks for being a loyal customer and for sharing your positive experience. We look forward to serving you for many more summers!

HI Deidre, Thank you for your feedback, and we're so glad you're happy with your dress. We're sorry for the delay, and especially sorry your emails weren't answered — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. Some of the mills in our production region were closed for a period and are slowly reopening, which created a backlog we're actively working through. We'd love the chance to make this right — please reach out to us at shop@naudic.com with your order details and we'll follow up personally. Thank you for your patience with us.

Hi Diane, thank you so much for your kind words! We're so thrilled to hear you love the Spell Dress, and we truly appreciate your support. Enjoy wearing your beautiful new dress for years to come! - The NAUDIC team xx

Dear Kimmi,

Thank you so much for your kind words, and for your patience with us while your Chilli Dress made its way to you. We're so sorry for how long it took, and truly sorry to hear it left you worrying that Naudic wasn't the real deal — that's honestly heartbreaking for us to read, as we pour so much care into everything we make, and we clearly didn't do enough to keep you reassured along the way.

We're so happy it arrived safely and that you're enjoying it. This print is hand block-printed by our artisan partners in India, which is part of why production and shipping timelines can sometimes stretch out longer than we'd like — but we hope that care shines through in the dress itself. Thank you too for the sizing note, that's genuinely so helpful, and we know our fits can vary a little between styles.

It means a lot that you'd recommend us and consider shopping with us again, even after such a long wait. We hope to make your next experience a much smoother one, and thank you again for your understanding and support of handmade fashion.
