Wholesale partner Terms & Conditions

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

AUSTRALIAN and NEW ZEALAND WHOLESALE ORDERS

We are accepting wholesale applications from retail and online stores located in Australia and New Zealand.

We offer three seasonal indent collections each year:

* **Spring:** Delivery scheduled across July, August, and September.

* **Resort:** Delivery scheduled across October and November.

* **Autumn/Winter.** Delivery scheduled across March and April.

Once your indent order is placed and you receive an order confirmation, it indicates your agreement and commitment to proceed with payment upon the goods' arrival and to accept delivery. Invoicing and shipping will occur within the delivery months specified above as the stock arrives to us.

Please note that we do not have the capacity to hold indent stock/orders so please ensure you can make payment and accept delivery of the stock within the specified delivery months.

We are unable to accept cancellations for seasonal indent orders once the selling period has ended.

We offer year-round stock orders through our dedicated wholesale portal, providing you with convenient access to our latest styles and restocked favorites whenever you need them.

INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS

We are accepting wholesale applications from retail stores located outside of Australia and New Zealand.

We offer year-round stock orders through our dedicated wholesale portal, providing you with convenient access to our latest styles and restocked favorites whenever you need them.

There is no minimum order spend required for either indent or stock orders


POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Once your payment is processed, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post. For Australian orders, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

For international orders, including those to New Zealand, please note that the shipping costs are calculated based on your specific location and the weight of your package. This will be invoiced separately.

PAYMENT

For all stock order purchases, please note that full payment is required upfront and can be made via credit card or Paypal. Once your payment has been successfully processed, we will arrange for your stock to be dispatched within 48 hours.

Indent orders, however, will be invoiced according to the specific payment terms agreed upon for your account. 

If you do not currently have established payment terms with us, please note that we require prepayment before your order can be shipped. Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date by credit card or direct deposit.

We request that invoices be settled within the agreed timeframe. Please be aware that continued non-compliance with these terms will unfortunately necessitate the involvement of a debt collection agency.

We value your business and wish to avoid taking this step. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to discuss a payment arrangement.


RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your items thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind. Similarly, we cannot provide refunds or credits if you are unable to sell the product.

If you receive goods that are faulty or not as described, we will gladly offer a credit or refund for the affected items, once agreed upon.

Should you discover a manufacturing defect in any garment, please contact us immediately at sales@naudic.com and attach images clearly showing the fault.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of faulty items that have been worn or that are missing their original tags.

To initiate a return for a faulty item, you must first obtain prior consent from Naudic and Vintage by Naudic and report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. A Return Authorisation (RA) is required to process any credit or replacement.


IMAGERY

We're happy to provide high-resolution images of Naudic and Vintage by Naudic products upon request to help you promote our labels.

As an approved wholesale partner, you are also welcome to use any of the images available on our website.

If you share any images featuring Naudic or Vintage by Naudic on social media, please be sure to include our tags: @naudic @vintagebynaudic and hashtags: #naudic #vintagebynaudic.

We encourage you to use both our official images and your own creative photography in your marketing campaigns. We're keen to support you on social media and would love to share and tag your Naudic and Vintage by Naudic product images if we find them appealing. We've noticed that flat-lays, photoshoots on simple backgrounds, and lifestyle shots tend to resonate well with customers, and a mix of these can create a fantastic social media presence.

If you see any images from our latest collections that you'd like to use for your website banners or other marketing materials, please let us know, and we’ll gladly send you the high-resolution files.
