 Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Naudic Pty Ltd.

Duration

1. The  game of chance competition commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Thursday 11th April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 6th May 2025.

Eligibility to Enter

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter.

Entry into the Game of Chance Competition

1. This is a game of chance competition.
2. To  enter, eligible entrants must complete the required entry form, including providing their full name, email address, and phone number.
3. The  Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
4. Multiple entries are not allowed.
5. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Drawing of Entries

1. The winner will be chosen randomly from a list of all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on Wednesday 7th May 2025.
2. The  Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner will be notified via phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a redraw may occur.

6. The total prize pool is AUD $686.
7. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
8. The prize will be express shipped to the winner upon confirmation of their details and sizing.

Right of the Promoter to Redraw

1. The  Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after seven (7) days from notification, a redraw will be conducted.

Privacy

1. Entrant information is collected for marketing purposes and will be managed in      accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may be contacted  for future marketing promotions and can opt out at any time.
2. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Naudic  and can unsubscribe at any time.
