EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
Oh no! You ordered the wrong size? It doesn’t suit you? You changed your mind? Well, we just want you to be happy! We offer exchanges (for items of equal or lesser value) or a Naudic Gift Voucher*, within 14 days of the purchase date. The items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags and proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for sale items or jewellery. Simply email us at email@example.com and we'll help you through the process and have you smiling in no time.
*Naudic Gift Vouchers never expire!
YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
Oh no! Your goods are damaged or broken? It has a manufacturing fault? Well, that’s not your fault- we’ll fix it up! If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the details of the fault. Please be aware it is at the discretion of Naudic to deem an item faulty. If we deem your item faulty, we will ask you to complete and include the Returns Form (that we will email through on request) in your parcel and send it back to us. Your return charges are refundable on faulty items* Payments for refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. Refunds are only available on an item found to be faulty and proof of purchase is provided. *Refunded amount for return postage will be $10 AUD.

Before returning an item make sure your order is within 14 days of receipt & please note we don't provide refunds for change of mind, sale items or jewellery unless faulty.
