Returns Policy

We always aim to delight our customers with our products and service and hope that you adore your new pieces! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we welcome you to complete our return request form below within 28 days of purchase.

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We ask that you please carefully consider all of the following conditions prior to placing your order:

Items that have been purchased at full price from our online boutique or Salisbury Showroom, are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned to Naudic within 28 days of purchase. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

SALE ITEMS

Sale products which have been reduced in price due to special or promotion cannot be refunded (unless found to be faulty and are unable to be replaced due to stock availability). Sale products are eligible for store credit only.

OUTLET & SAMPLES

Outlet items and Samples, cannot be returned unless faulty or they do not meet ACL criteria.

JEWELLERY

Due to hygiene reasons, all purchases on jewellery are final. We will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team. In addition, Under Garments (Slips) and shoes are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our unique products, we no longer offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or an alternative style, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the return process for your original order.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event you receive a faulty garment, we are very sorry! Please email our team and include an image of the issue so that we can resolve things for you as soon as possible.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law which may include replacing the items should the stock be available or providing a refund upon receipt of the item back to our warehouse.

NOTE

Unapproved returns will be posted back to the sender via the details of the original online order.

We are not liable for the loss or delay of return to sender parcels, returns where the customer has chosen to use their own postage label or international returns.

"Free gift with purchase" items must be included with your return or the cost of the item will be withheld from your return.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Once we receive your completed return request form, our Australian customers will be emailed a return postage label within 1 business day.

Customers choosing a refund will have $10.00 AUD retained to cover the return costs.

Customers choosing a store credit will receive their return shipping for free.

Our international customers are responsible for their own shipping cost to return unwanted items (tracking encouraged).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.
