Returns Policy

We always aim to delight our customers with our products and service and hope that you adore your new pieces! Please review and carefully consider all of the following conditions prior to placing your online order. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we welcome you to complete the return request form below for any eligible product within 28 days of purchase.



Items that have been purchased at full price from our online boutique or Salisbury showroom are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned to Naudic within 28 days of purchase. Return shipping is at cost of purchaser. Please return products in their original condition with tags. For a return to be processed, items must be unworn, unwashed and free from deodorant / perfume / makeup or other odours.




Products which have been reduced in price due to special or promotion cannot be refunded (unless found to be faulty and are unable to be replaced due to stock availability). Sale products are eligible for a gift card only.




Outlet items and sample products are clearly marked on our website and are a final sale. We will not accept returns for outlet or sample products. Please choose carefully as they are unable to be returned or exchanged.




Due to hygiene reasons, all purchases of jewellery are a final sale. We will not accept returns for jewellery.




Our Australian customers may request an exchange for the same garment in a different size (as stock allows) through our return portal. All exchanges will be treated on a like-for-like basis. No additional credit or refund will be provided if the original purchase price exceeds the price of the garment at the time of exchange. The customer is required to pay for both the return postage and the new postage to receive their exchange. If a customer would prefer a different style or colour, we recommend following the return process and purchasing the new item.



In the event you receive a faulty garment, we are very sorry! Please email our team at and include an image of the issue so that we can resolve things for you as soon as possible. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law which may include replacing the item should the stock be available or providing a refund upon receipt of the item back to our warehouse.




All domestic customers must submit a return request form through the returns portal on our website. Once we receive your return request, you will receive a confirmation email including our postal address so that you can post your return to us. Return shipping is at the cost of purchaser. We encourage our customers to reuse their original packaging to ship their return. Our team will be in touch via email if they have any questions regarding your return request.







All international customers must email to organise a return with our team. Our international customers are responsible for their own shipping cost to return unwanted items (tracking encouraged). A gift card will be issued for eligible products only. No refunds will be processed for international returns.




Unapproved returns will not be processed. Please do not send items back without return approval through our returns portal. "Free gift with purchase" items must be included with your return or the cost of the item will be withheld from your return. We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.
