AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

For orders under $150 shipping is a flat rate of $12.50 AUD . This will be sent via Australia Post. If you need your order urgently Australia Post Express can be selected for $20 AUD.

Weekends & Public Holidays

Australia Post & Naudic do not operate on public holidays or weekends. We endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible as we know how hard waiting for your new goodies is! Whilst we try our best to dispatch the same day, please allow 2-3 days processing time. You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number once your new Naudic is on its way to its new home!

Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Brisbane QLD, Australia. 

Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

EXPRESS: 1-2 business days.* STANDARD: 3-10 business days.*

* Please note that these delivery times are an estimate only. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. Australia Post Express is next business day delivery within the express post network; Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only. Rural areas may experience a delay. Naudic is not responsible for these delays, or that of high peak seasons such as Christmas, so please keep this in mind when making your purchases.

Items not received

If you have not received your items within 4 business days for Express or 7 business days for Standard, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel once your goods leave our warehouse. Please check this tracking number before notifying us that your items have not arrived.

International 

Shipping to the USA is Free. All other International Shipping will be calculated at checkout . We use Australia Post International Air Freight.

Please Note: Every Country has various taxes and duties for Online Purchases being received from Australia. Depending on your country you may be charged additional fees by your local Postal/Courier operator.

LOST PARCELS

Naudic does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
