When Will I Receive My Naudic Order?

We provide shipping worldwide and endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is from the date your order is shipped. Processing an order can take two to three working days, but whenever possible, we complete dispatch on the same day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. In our efforts to be sustainable, we package all orders in comPOST packs that can go into your garden or compost heap and will biodegrade in three to six months.
- We offer free shipping of orders over $150 for deliveries throughout Australia and have both express and standard delivery options available.
- Shipping to New Zealand is through Australia Post or Sendle. You can expect your parcel within five to six days.
- International orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle and can take five to seven days to reach you, depending on your location.
