If you don’t qualify for our free shipping offer, you’ll simply pay a small fee of $12.50 AUD for your standard post.

Naudic is not responsible for these delays, or that of high peak seasons such as Christmas, so please keep this in mind when making your purchases.

If you have not received your items within 4 business days for Express or 7 business days for Standard, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel once your goods leave our warehouse. Please check this tracking number before notifying us that your items have not arrived.

International Shipping will be calculated at Checkout. Custom duties or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices and are paid by the customer.
