Naudic “Win Back Your Order” Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. General

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Naudic Pty Ltd.

2. Promotion Period

The competition commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday, 20 October 2025, and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 4 November 2025.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as employees of any related companies or agencies associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• This is a game of chance.
• To enter, eligible participants must complete the official entry form in full, including their full name, email address, and phone number.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
• The time of entry will be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

5. Prize Details

• To be eligible to win, entrants must place an order valued at $180 or more between the competition dates.
• The winner will win back their order (up to the total value of their purchase).
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
• The prize will be express shipped to the winner upon confirmation of their details.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified by phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a redraw may occur.

7. Right to Redraw

The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a winner in the event that:

• An entrant is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, or
• A prize is forfeited or remains unclaimed for more than seven (7) days after notification.

8. Privacy and Marketing Consent

• Entrant information is collected for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Naudic, and may opt out or unsubscribe at any time.
